The village of Hinterzarten is located at 850 m to 1,200 m in the High Black Forest and is a state recognised mountain and health resort and also a well known winter sports centre. Hinterzarten is at almost the highest point of the Black Forest – with Mt. Feldberg at 1,493 m. Alpersbach forms Hinterzarten’s western part and is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views.
Our countryside is magnificent – at any time of year. We are just the right place for guests seeking peace and quiet. To enjoy the clear high mountain air for a few days in beautiful unspoilt nature is enough to recharge anyone’s batteries. However, if you just want to laze in the sun, enjoy the countryside from the balcony of your own room, have a piece of cake and coffee on the terrace with its panoramic view, or find a quiet little spot in the idyllic surroundings.
For golf lovers, the “Golfplatz Hochschwarzwald” 9-hole course is only a few minutes away.
